Allergen database

　Allergen Database for Food Safety (ADFS) has been prepared and released for use in safety evaluation study related to food allergy.
　Scientific papers and information (information related to allergen protein and epitope) of high reliability, reviewed by allergy specialists, are included. Based on the data, homology with known allergen and existence/non-existence of epitope for the query protein can be searched. Furthermore, low molecular allergen information is also included.
